Liberty Fields Apple Balsamic Vinegar 100ml

Liberty Fields Apple Balsamic Vinegar is made in the traditional Italian method of a long process of slow reduction, followed by six years maturing in oak barrels, and is a unique product - no-one else makes this in the UK. It can be used in all the ways that a good traditional Italian Balsamic is; it goes very well with soft goats cheese, or seared scallops and seafood, is a great partner for an avocado or a beefsteak tomato, or lifts a bland salad dressing. It is made solely with the apples grown in our Dorset orchards - there are no other ingredients, and so it is naturally gluten free and vegan.
