THE ANNEX
The ‘Annex’ at ‘Southdowns’ is a converted modern studio apartment. It is a 2 minute walk to the iconic Gold Hill, famous for the Hovis commercial. There is a culinary influence to the space. From photo’s of famous chefs to a multitude of cookery books.
The space is light, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is small but well equipped with a cooker, hob and fridge. Although close by are a range of pubs and restaurants to dine in or takeaway.
The town centre is just 5 minutes up the hill. It has a fantastic range of shops. Five Pubs, three antique shops, deli’s and gift shops to name a few.
Guest Access
The annex is completely private for our guests. A staircase at the side of the building leads you to the front door.
Off road Parking is provided right in front.
The space
On entering the ‘Annex’ You come into the kitchen area. A worktop provides plenty of cookery prep, should you wish to cook. A range of saucpans, utensils and crockery are provided. There is a small breakfast bar with two stools.
Through the door to the left is the shower room and toilet.
The open plan living space at the other end contains a large sofa, sofa bed, coffee table and large TV. There is a selection of books and magazines to browse through.
Next to the window is a modern dining table and 4 chairs.
Heating is provided by 2 powerful electric wall heaters.
