Here at the cookery school we take great pride in creating events that are as individual as you are. If you are looking to entertain a group of friends or family for a birthday celebration or trying to find ideas for a sophisticated hen party in the heart of the Dorset countryside or even if you are after a Corporate Event to entertain clients or reward team members - we can create something very special for you.

Each event is tailored to your personal requirements and we can plan menus to suit your interests or dietary requirements. It might be you are after a fresh twist on a family favourite - or maybe you would like to create a new signature dish for your group. From canapés to curries, puddings to bread making - we are so flexible and have so many great ideas and recipes up our sleeves that we can make the day very personal for you and your party.

A superb teacher, and wonderfully entertaining - Lesley will guide you through the full cooking process giving you professional tips and new ideas along the way, all delivered in her quirky and relaxed style.

In addition, Dorset and Wiltshire boast a wealth of stunning National Trust Properties and beaches. If you want to make it a real foodie experience, we can put you in touch with some fabulous local food producers - from smokeries to cider makers, all on our doorstep.
