Hands On Days

EXCLUSIVE PREMIUM HANDS ON DAYS here at the school, are all designed to inspire and entertain you. Each day is packed with exciting recipes that you will be able to recreate at home. They start at 10.30am and finish at 4pm and are suitable for all abilities. This is a superb day of cooking in very small groups with the lovely Lesley Waters. You will get step by step tuition with a talented and experience chef and teacher, all delivered in her quirky and relaxed style. This is the ultimate cook day.

Price includes all food, full lunch with wine and a recipe pack - starting from £395 per person. There are a maximum of 4 places available.
