Domestic Divas and Divos Autumn Hands on Day

Using ingredients that are fresh and readily available has always been at the centre of Lesley's cooking philosophy. You will cook an exciting range of dishes before sitting down to an intimate lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labour. A relaxed and sociable day, perfect for anyone who simply loves good food.

Beer gannett with baked smoked brie and caramelised plum compote

Seared poached venison with a parsnip and thyme butter

Fondant potatoes with wild mushrooms and baby spinach

Pheasant Korma served with orange and lentil basmati rice

Walnut and buttered honey tart served with blackberry jam and creme fraiche

Baked sultana cheesecake galette with toffee apple crumble
