Thai Kitchen - Hands on Day

On this brand new course, you will learn to make your own Thai Curry Paste, so you will never want to buy from a jar again....

You will learn to make some wonderful dishes like spiced caramel pineapple with satay style chicken and a coriander and cashew relish, spicy beef salad with baby gems and sesame and cucumber pickle, sweetcorn and basil fritters with chilli sauce.

Main courses like fragrant fish or chicken curry in a basil and coriander broth with crispy noodles.

And of course some wonderful desserts - Spiced banana tatin and lime polenta cake with ginger cream and passion fruit and mango relish.

10.30am - 4pm
