PRIVATE PARTIES

Whether you are looking for a lunch, office party or special dinner, why not come to the cookery school. All out events are totally bespoke, include a demo from Lesley and if you book for 18 -24 people, you will have the cookery school all to yourself. Here are some sample menus to give you a taste of what we could be cooking for you:


Menu 1 - £48pp
Salt and pepper brandied pears served with air cured ham, crumbled stilton and fresh baked walnut bread.

Juniper infused beef and venison bourguignon with a butter puff, served with roasted roots and creamy potato dauphinoise.

Brioche bread and butter pudding served with Amaretto cranberries and baked butterscotch apples with thick cream.

Coffee served with brandied chocolate truffles or posh fruit and nut.

Menu 2 - £48pp
Double baked smoked cheese soufflés served with fresh cranberry and orange chutney with a watercress and spinach salad.

Black pudding crusted pheasant breast schnitzels served with an apple and cannellini bean cassoulet and mustard spiked scalloped potatoes.

Freshly made mincemeat tart tatin served with mulled pears and clotted cream.

Coffee served with brandied chocolate truffles or posh fruit and nut.

Menu 3 - £48pp
Sharing platters with potted brandied cheese served with pomegranate, parsley and onion relish, air cured ham, chicken liver pate and date and black pepper bread.

Guinea fowl and shallot, thyme pastry pie served with stir fried red cabbage and spiced cranberries and buttery potato and leek parcels served with peppered soured cream dressing.

Mini ginger and honey steamed puddings served with lime posset and caramelised clementines.

Coffee served with brandied chocolate truffles or posh fruit and nut.

Menu 4 - £48pp
Duck terrine served with warm cannellini and cherry dressing and freshly baked rosemary focaccia.

Salmon trout en croute with orange and tarragon beurre blanc, served with a petit pois, green bean and spinach melange with toasted pine nut dressing and fondant butter potatoes.

Warm chocolate brownies served with marrons glacés Eton mess and warm chocolate sauce.

Coffee served with brandied chocolate truffles or posh fruit and nut.
