Christmas Bread and Pastry Hands on Cookery Day

On this brand new Christmas course, Lesley will show you just how fabulous Christmas baking can be. She will also cover her favourite, Christmas breads and pastry dishes which may include:

Stollen
Panetonne
Christmas Streusel
LW Orange Mince Pies
Almond Pathivier
Blue Cheese Galette
Pheasant and Prune Pies
Venison and Duck Raised Game Pie
Cranberry Salsa

All her dishes are fabulously festive, and so easy to recreate at home for friends and family over the Christmas period.

We look at kneading, proving and shaping of yeast dough, how to whip up fabulous instant breads, and create perfect pastry.

10.30am - 4.00pm
